Terms of Service
The rules for working together, in plain English. They apply to every service I sell through this site.

Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Mirza Ishraq, an individual based in California, United States. In these terms "I" and "me" mean Mirza Ishraq, and "you" means the person or business that books a service. By paying for a service you agree to these terms.
The services and their scope
I sell four services, described on the About page: App Audit, Bug Fix, Backend Setup and Custom AI Solutions. What each one includes and leaves out is written there. Anything outside that scope is a separate piece of work with a new quote.
Backend Setup and Custom AI Solutions each get a written proposal that you sign. The proposal sets the scope, timeline and price for that project, and these terms cover everything else.
Prices and payment
- App Audit. A fixed price, paid in full at checkout.
- Bug Fix. Quoted after your audit and paid in full before work starts. Your App Audit fee is taken off the price.
- Backend Setup and Custom AI Solutions. 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
I don't start work until payment clears. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and don't include any taxes that may apply to you.
Refunds
- App Audit. A full refund if I haven't started the work. No refund once the report has been delivered.
- Bug Fix. If an issue that's in scope can't be fixed, you get a partial refund for that item.
- Deposits. A deposit is not refundable once work has started.
Access to your accounts
You give me the least access I need to do the job, usually read-only at first. I never ask for your personal passwords. You own and pay for your own hosting, database and AI accounts, and I work inside them. When the job is done I remove my access.
Backups
Before I change anything I take a backup or ask you for one. All changes are made on a separate copy of your code, and nothing goes live until you approve it. You are also responsible for keeping your own backups.
No guarantee
Audits and fixes address known issues. They are not a guarantee that your app is secure or free of bugs. TheRisks page explains this in more detail, and you should read it before you book.
Limit of liability
My total liability to you for any one service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Who owns the code
You own all the code I write for you once you have paid in full. Your existing code and data stay yours throughout.
Confidentiality
I don't share your code, data or business details with anyone.
Your data
I use your code and data only to do the work, and I delete my copies after the job. Theprivacy policy covers what I collect through this site.
Timelines and revisions
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. If I'm waiting for access or information from you, the clock pauses. A Bug Fix includes one round of follow-up fixes on the same issues within 14 days of delivery.
No affiliation
I'm not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic or any other tool vendor. Product names such as Claude, Lovable, Bolt, Replit and Cursor belong to their owners.
Changes to these terms
Each version has a number and a date at the top. The version you agree to when you pay is the one that applies to that service, even if I publish a newer one later.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
